📦 Physical Products
We accept returns on all eligible physical products within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return:
Contact us at support@eulablue.com within 30 days of receiving your order
Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue or reason for return
Once approved, we’ll issue a prepaid return label and offer a full refund or replacement
Return Conditions:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected
Eula Blue covers the cost of return shipping for all approved returns
